Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account, scheduling an appointment, or otherwise using this service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have obtained parental or guardian consent. Account Registration and Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Appointment Booking and Cancellation
Appointments are subject to availability and may be scheduled only for eligible correction services as defined by PSA. Users must select a valid appointment slot and provide required supporting documents prior to confirmation. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled time; failure to appear without cancellation may result in temporary booking restrictions. Rescheduling is permitted once per appointment, subject to slot availability.
Service Limitations and Eligibility
Correction is a scheduling platform only and does not process, approve, or adjudicate PSA correction requests. Eligibility for correction services is determined solely by PSA. Users must meet all statutory and documentary requirements set forth by PSA. Correction is not liable for delays, denials, or administrative decisions made by PSA.
Intellectual Property and Use Restrictions
All content, logos, trademarks, and interface elements displayed on this site are the property of Correction or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without express written permission. Automated scraping, data mining, or bulk extraction of appointment data is strictly prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
Correction provides the platform “as is” and “as available” without warranties of accuracy, reliability, or uninterrupted access. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Correction disclaims all liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. PSA remains the sole authority for correction outcomes and related legal effects.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or related to your use of this platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Manila, Philippines.
